What you'll do...
Participates in audits of product on supplier dock, DC deliveries, and stored products. Understands and utilizes all tools used for maintaining audit information , sharing best practices with leaders and peers. Employs basic quality control techniques in food testing and other practices. Identifies potential cold-chain deviations and opportunities. Handles actual or potential quality problems, such as problems with raw materials. Performs quality control activities according to organizational standards/requirements. Demonstrates an understanding of the effects of time and temperature on product quality.
Builds, maintains, and enhances effective internal and external partnerships. Influences outcomes and assists in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties. Identifies and addresses additional partner needs and educates partners on value creation. Communicates with other individuals or cross-functional teams to solve shared problems cooperatively. Consults regularly with leaders of business unit(s) to advise on strategic decisions. Brings ideas and solutions proactively to the business and team members. Drives a culture that strives for diversity of thought and inclusion.
Monitors and controls potential food handling hazards (for example, cold chain management, cross contamination). Ensures that Walmart team members are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment in accordance with workplace standards. Ensures proper food handling practices. Informs others about factors that may have an impact on safe food handling processes. Ensures that all equipment and work areas are sanitary. Follows the ServSafe standards, food handling policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $92,400.00 - $138,600.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
