Role summary:

The Senior Analyst, Project Management, plays a critical role in supporting and managing project execution by aligning business needs with effective solutions. This position involves overseeing project milestones, monitoring progress, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. The role requires building strong partnerships, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing expert guidance to enhance project outcomes. About the team:

The Support Operations team focuses on monitoring key performance indicators, developing innovative solutions, and implementing processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. By leveraging strong project management and communication skills, the team drives continuous improvement and supports organizational success. Members are committed to maintaining high standards, fostering effective partnerships, and delivering measurable results that contribute to the company's mission and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

Support project execution by understanding business needs and assisting in solution development aligned with priorities and milestones.

Manage small projects or work streams, resolving critical issues, monitoring progress, and escalating complex challenges as needed.

Track project expenditures, budgets, and scope changes while providing clear performance reports and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and adapt to organizational changes and competing demands.

Apply expertise to develop and improve action plans supporting business goals and customer needs.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
