As a Global Finance Manager in JJMT Strategic Sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting critical operations across our diverse product platforms. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence and collaborate with senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive and shape strategy, manage risk and opportunities, develop and support the delivery of financial targets, and lead the value creation agenda.
Lead and influence cross functional business partners including Procurement (Senior Directors, PMO, and Sourcing Managers); Supply Chain (Franchise VPs and their leadership teams); Supply Chain Finance (Senior Director, Directors, and other JJSC contacts across the Enterprise; and Source Finance (Directors, Managers, and Analysts)
Lead a team of two Senior Financial Analysts focused on providing support to the Sourcing function across a global network of manufacturing sites.
Coordinate Source planning and closing activities, consolidate and report results, and communicate risks and opportunities across JJMT.
Deliver quarterly financial close and accounting related activities for Procurement transactions, including managing our purchase price variances for raw materials.
Develop targets while also providing saving project validations, NPV models, and supplier financial risks assessments for suppliers across MedTech.
Foster a collaborative, agile, Credo- and Purpose-driven culture and provide coaching to develop team members, artfully pairing individual needs with business opportunities.
Work continuously across the Source and Supply Chain Finance teams to reduce complexity and redundancy, standardize and harmonize activities and accounting treatments, and improve and automate processes; specifically, proactively participate in the End-to-End Orchestration and SigniFi journeys within SC Finance
Actively review and influence pre-negotiation strategies and supply agreements to align with preferred terms; provide accurate transparent input on COGs to drive the best position for J&J
Coordinate annual standard cost development with business partners; provide input and influence into sourcing and costing of materials for innovative new product launches.
Ensure compliance with respect to Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs), Construction-in-Process (CIP), and general accounting and business policies and procedures.
Progress our GenAI adoption journey integrating into commentary generation, market intelligence, forecasting process, and generating strategic insights.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or another related field
An advanced degree or certifications such as MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred
A minimum of five years of Finance or related business experience is required
Previous Supply Chain experience is required; familiarity with cost accounting is preferred
Strong demonstrable experience working at a managerial level within a similarly large/complex matrix organizational infrastructure
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is required
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and accounting knowledge is required
The ability to work through ambiguous situations and manage competing demands is required
Influence and effectively connect with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, is required
Drive process harmonization and improvement and motivate others to embrace change is required
The primary location for this role is Raritan, NJ. However, the candidate can also be based out of another NJ/PA location. The ability to travel up to 10% of the time may be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000 - $177,100
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
