Serves as day-to-day contact for customers - supports customer-level questions and requests on enrollment, claims questions, escalated issues, onsite meetings, educational sessions with students; serves as a liaison between Aetna Student Health and the customer.

SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Regularly utilize and exhibit professional behavior, be respectful of others and communicate effectively

Independently function and problem solve using critical thinking skills

Exhibit and practice effective organizational skills necessary to manage competing priorities and meet established internal and external client expectations.

The candidates must be able to obtain an Accident & Health license within three months of employment and obtain licensure in other states as needed

Prefer client service experience in the health insurance field; Student health experience is preferred

A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $49.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
