Your role as Senior Manager, WMC Site Programs and Operations is to lead the cross-functional workstreams that bring advertising procedures, annual deal events, and seasonal site moments to life across Walmart Connect. You will serve as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders-including Sales, Product, Creative, Marketing, and Operations-ensuring that executional programs are well-coordinated, on-time, and aligned to business objectives. This role requires a highly organized, strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the operational frameworks that govern how Walmart Connect executes against its biggest moments of the year-from tentpole deal events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday to seasonal site experiences that drive advertiser and shopper engagement at scale. Responsibilities include: - Leading cross-functional workstreams for ads procedures, establishing clear operating standards, timelines, and accountability across all participating teams - Serving as the primary program lead for annual deal events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Rollbacks) and seasonal site moments, coordinating end-to-end execution from planning through post-event review - Partnering with Sales, Product, Creative, Marketing, and Site Operations to align on priorities, deliverables, and milestones for each program or event - Defining and maintaining process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for recurring site programs and deal event workflows - Building and managing detailed project plans, tracking progress against key milestones, and proactively surfacing risks and blockers to leadership - Facilitating cross-functional planning meetings, steering committees, and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making - Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the Walmart ecosystem - Supporting plans and initiatives to meet business needs while building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results - Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities in cross-functional processes and tools that enable and streamline the team's efforts - Conducting post-event retrospectives and translating learnings into actionable improvements for future programs - Identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future planning cycles - Analyzing factors for program feasibility and creating solutions by assessing key opportunities and constraints Come join the team if you: - Are excited about the future of retail, media, and large-scale digital advertising programs - Are a critical thinker with the ability to distill complicated, multi-stakeholder programs into clear, actionable plans - Have a high operational IQ with an equally high EQ-you can manage complexity without losing people along the way - Understand how to influence and inspire action cross-functionally, even without direct authority - Possess professional maturity, sound judgment, and a strong executive presence - Are a curious learner who proactively identifies gaps and builds better systems - Are aligned to Walmart values: service to customer; respect for individual; strive for excellence; act with integrity - Are tenacious and willing to take on complex, ambiguous problems that require sustained cross-functional effort - Possess A+ people skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams and functions A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: - Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity; rapid change and iteration in a high-velocity business environment - Skillful program and project management, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities - Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills, tailored to specific audiences from working teams to senior leadership - Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups - Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and identifying opportunities for improvement - Experience designing and implementing operational processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks - People development, coaching, and mentoring capabilities - Strong business intuition with an understanding of how site programs and deal events connect to broader revenue and advertiser outcomes At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
