Pay Range: $22-30/hour

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support. Administrative assistants are responsible for completing all invoice and collection efforts for the A&D region, up to and including communication with customers. Also includes any specific tasks delegated by the A&D Admin Manager.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

Provide administrative assistant support to multiple managers

Preparation of documents in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/PDF as required

Scanning/e-mail/filing, etc. as required

Strong communication skills for correspondence

Must exhibit strong professionalism within the working environment

Keep confidentiality on all matters. (Violation of confidentiality can be cause for dismissal)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma minimum

General mathematical knowledge is required

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or similar programs

Must have strong organizational skills

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
