Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Novi, Michigan. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day office operations with a focus on organization, communication, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing top-notch administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls, ensuring they are answered promptly and routed to the appropriate team members.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with professionalism.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office activities.

Maintain and organize office files, ensuring accessibility and order.

Provide general administrative support to team members, including preparing reports and correspondence.

Assist in monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong proficiency in data entry and office file management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of organization and attention to detail.
