Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Manager where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in a family-owned collections company located in downtown Louisville. You will manage a team of 40 employees split between administrative associates and the collections department.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations efficiently.

Provide administrative support and customer service.

Train, coach, and give feedback to employees to enhance their performance.

Support the collections customer service team.

Essential Skills

2+ years of management experience.

Proficiency in office management.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience in training and coaching employees.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a company with a heavy client focus.

Previous experience supervising teams.

Ability to handle coaching and training tasks effectively.

Work Environment

This role offers first shift hours with the working schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Enjoy bonuses based on attendance and provided parking behind the building. The position is within a collections company, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This person does not need to have prior collections experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
