B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to join our Instrumentation & Electrical division. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive wage of $40-$48 per hour . This position typically requires 50-60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS

Must have experience in electrical leadership roles.

Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls are required.

Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.

This position requires traveling to project sites as needed.

Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
