Role Description

The Manufacturing Technician role is responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing production machines and electronic subassemblies to written and/or verbal specifications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all equipment meets quality, efficiency, and operational standards while supporting company quality initiatives.

We are currently hiring for a 1st Shift Manufacturing Technician!

Shift Details:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Shift: 8

Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour

Working as a Manufacturing Technician, You Will:

Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper machine calibration.

Perform accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies and clearly document results.

Ensure all work meets established quality and efficiency standards.

Support design, implementation, testing, and maintenance methods that align with company Quality Standards.

Ensure proper operation and quality of completed work.

Perform other duties as required.

Working as a Manufacturing Technician, You Have:

The ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

A commitment to meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency expectations.

The ability to follow written and verbal technical instructions.
