Job Description :

The Manufacturing planner III will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aspects of production. The position will require complex analysis of data to determine the most cost effective, optimal production schedule that Manufacturing can successfully execute. You'll be involved with new product introduction and transfers, and will include interaction with other departments to ensure that company objectives are met for business revenues and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.

Responsible for key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, maintaining Safety Stock levels of products and internal raw material shortages levels.

Coordinate production workflow for multiple product lines.

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

Prepare and submit status and performance reports (PMD).

Recalculate orders and requirements as needed by analyzing trends in demand, changes in lead time, minimum order quantities, standard batch sizes and safety stock levels.

Control all documentation relative to the operations planning function. Such documentation includes but is not limited to, backlog reports, lead-time analysis, shop floor orders (including rework orders), delivery performance, daily production status, pull from stock sheet, lead-time maintenance, shortage reports, and close production order reports.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Data Science

At least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the Life Sciences industry

APICS certified in Planning & Inventory Management Preferred

Strong project management skills

Six Sigma Certification a plus.

Must be proficient in ERP System (SAP)

Excellent knowledge of production planning, strong organizational and time management skills.

Skilled at math and statistics and problem-solving skills using Practical Process Improvement tools (RCCM).

Pay Details:** $42.00 to $45.00 per hour
