Adecco is filling 2 Warehouse Attendant positions in Wichita, KS. Our client is a global leader in technology who also supports companies and countries to reduce emissions across the energy sector for a more reliable, affordable and sustainable energy system.

This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!

Hourly Pay: $ 21.00

Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm, M-F

Overview:

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and provides general support to warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information.

Reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders

Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors of material status.

Locates and distributes materials to specified production areas, manually or using handcart, handtruck, or forklift.

Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and @type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, manually or using computer.

Compiles and maintains records, such as material inventory records, production records, and timecards, manually or using computer.

May examine material received, verify part numbers, and check discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts.

May compare work ticket specifications to material used at work stations to verify appropriate assignment.

May drive truck to outlying work areas to check status of orders or to deliver materials.

Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse or material-handling experience

Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic computer or scanner skills (inventory systems experience helpful)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous and recent Forklift experience

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
