Our client, a Mechanical Engineering & Design organization , is seeking a CAD Designer to join their team. As a CAD Designer, you will be part of the Engineering Department , supporting Engineering and Architectural Design Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , effective communication skills , and collaborative problem-solving abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CAD Designer
Location: Township, PA
Pay Range: 37$ - 42$ per hour
What's the Job?
Create accurate 3D drawings and models using Creo Parametric based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
Interpret rough sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications to understand project requirements
Generate detailed parts, assemblies, and structural drawings ensuring accuracy and completeness
Incorporate design changes and revisions as directed by project stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize designs for manufacturability
What's Needed?
Associate degree or technical certificate in Computer-Aided Design, Drafting, or related field
1-3 years of CAD design and drafting experience
Proficiency in Creo Parametric (required)
Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail with knowledge of drafting standards and best practices
