Description

Perform customer-focused tasks related to quoting, order entry and maintaining customer satisfaction

Quote and estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering prints

Assist with the proper evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; Interact with both customers and other departments within facility throughout the various stages of product development

Assist in customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner

Manage products and orders through the ERP system and communicate with other departments

Discuss multiple products and services in a high-paced environment

Assist customers with time-sensitive tasks and projects

Work Environment

100% on site; Hours: 7-4 or 8-5

Qualifications

MUST BE ABLE TO READ A BLUEPRINT

Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in sales, preferred

Experience in account management and customer service at a manufacturer

Related business experience in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $88000.00/yr.

10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Libertyville,IL.
