Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and contribute to a well-functioning supply chain within the cosmetics industry. Responsibilities:

Verify invoices against inventory records to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Monitor and reconcile purchase orders to maintain accurate stock levels.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for.

Coordinate the movement of boxes and inventory to appropriate locations.

Maintain detailed records of inventory adjustments and discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.

Utilize inventory software to update and track stock levels.

Assist with asset inventory processes to support operational efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice verification processes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and move boxes as part of inventory duties.

Proficiency in using inventory tracking software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
