Kelly® is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to support a top oil and gas client onsite in Baton Rouge, LA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: 1 year (strong possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expertise within a specific marketing discipline (media, operations, agency management, digital marketing, event management, etc.).

Plan, execute, and manage specific marketing activities, programs, and budgets aligned with brand and marketing communications strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external third-party vendors within your discipline.

Serve as a focal point for sharing and communicating best practices across Global Business Units (GBU) and Lines of Business (LOB).

Receive direction and support from leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (required).

Experience developing content for intranet, articles, newsletters, and social media.

Background in administrative support.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.

Experience managing social media on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and efficiency in task completion.
