Description

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to our marketing and communications efforts, contributing to social media, content creation, and internal initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and schedule engaging social media content, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.

Coordinate internal communications and assist in organizing company seminars.

Design and edit marketing visuals using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding (experience with WordPress preferred).

Manage the marketing content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing projects.

Create compelling copy for email campaigns and other marketing materials.

Monitor social media channels and respond to audience engagement.

Analyze the performance of marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating content.

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Experience with WordPress or similar website management platforms is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
