Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting multiple managers and teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $119.50

Shift: 4pm-12:30am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Provide complex administrative and clerical support to department managers and staff

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics

Prepare and produce documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools

Maintain departmental databases, websites, and filing systems for efficient data management

Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external customers, providing excellent customer service

What's Needed?

High School Education or equivalent preferred

One to two years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with attention to detail
