Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Formulation Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the manufacturing department, you will support the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable success within the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24.00/hr

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Proactively identify defects or issues in the manufacturing line or product and report findings to supervisors or engineers.

Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.

Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems to support quality control and compliance.

Support team efforts to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

Basic to intermediate math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Experience of 3-7 years in manufacturing or related fields.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying issues.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
