Kelly Services is hiring a Maintenance Specialist in Winsted, CT!

Join a precision manufacturing facility where you'll support the reliability and performance of critical production equipment. In this role, you'll perform equipment repairs, support preventive maintenance programs, and help maintain the operational efficiency of manufacturing systems.

What You'll Do

Repair and modify production equipment using hand and power tools

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support machine breakdown repairs

Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

Create machine trees and document equipment components

Maintain spare parts, tooling, and maintenance inventory

Execute preventive maintenance tasks through the CMMS system

Record maintenance data and update work orders and job plans

Support reliability improvements and equipment upgrades

What You'll Bring

Mechanical background in machine repair, automotive repair, or service technician roles

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS systems preferred

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

Forklift experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and within a maintenance team

Schedule & Pay

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM | Full-Time

$35.00/hr | Weekly Pay
