Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in axle and suspension components, is seeking a Warehouse Picker Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer

Location: Cookeville, TN

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 6:30AM TO 3:00PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Select parts, axles, and suspension components from warehouse shelves based on work orders

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other machinery to move, stack, and stage heavy inventory

Prepare orders for shipment by packing, banding, or wrapping materials, including large axle assemblies

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts

Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety standards

What's Needed?

Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good physical stamina and reliability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
