Job Description Summary
Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the Readiness project management function. Responsible for Capacity and Readiness operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervisory roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operations in which activities are centralized shared resources to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.
A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years materials, operations, supply chain, project management, data analytics or similar experience) experience + minimum of 3 years materials, operations, supply chain, project management, data analytics or similar experience
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
Readiness / risk management. Experience identifying, prioritizing, and tracking risks and mitigation actions (e.g., shortage risk, capacity gaps).
Data analysis & interpretation. Ability to analyze supply vs. demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory data; quickly identify trends, gaps, and risks.
Dashboard / BI tools. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar for building and maintaining readiness heatmaps and dashboards.
Excel / data manipulation. Strong skills in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) and comfort working with large data sets from multiple sources.
Basic data engineering literacy. Understanding of data pipelines, source systems, and data quality concepts to help troubleshoot and improve inputs to the heatmap.
Digital mindset. Comfort working with digital products, requirements definition, and iterative improvement of tools and visualizations.
The salary range for this position is $106,000 - 141,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
