Full- time - 2nd and 3rd Shifts
Starting Rate: $21.37 + Shift Differentials (for 2nd & 3rd Only)

Maintaining standards for all materials and products.
Maintaining all products for proper testing and receiving.
Maintaining communication with production coworkers and supervisors.
Maintaining quality & safety standards.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Minimum three (3) months of previous experience of operating production machinery.
Working 8-10-hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekend, holidays (as needed), and short notice shift coverage.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read a blueprint
Knowledge of inventory systems
6 months to 1 year of operating production machinery.
Pay & Benefits:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.37. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
