Job Summary and Qualifications
This position supports the mission of HCA HealthONE Aurora of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical care to meet the needs of the whole person. This position performs a broad range of administrative duties for the Radiology Department. This position assists in the daily management of general office operations, which also includes critical liaison activities with staff
members, supervisors, and Radiologists. This position includes the responsibility for coordination of all invasive procedures in Radiology. Manages all front desk processes including patient registration, insurance verification and file room duties. Serves as a Kronos editor and assists Radiology leadership with any and all administrative projects. Top level critical thinking and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as flexibility of job hours, in order to perform certain tasks effectively and with occasional tight time constraints.

a. Special Qualifications: Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Displays a customer-service orientation, and a self-starter attitude. Outstanding organizational skills. Must be resourceful, able to solve problems and work independently, effectively, and efficiently. Able to effectively and efficiently
multitask, meet deadlines, and follow up on requests. Possesses excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
