Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour

Shift: 1st, 7:30am-4pm

What's a typical day look like? You'll be:

Developing critical relationships with internal and external customers to address questions and concerns regarding shipments, status, carriers, and other needs

Managing document accuracy and overseeing services that require special or expedited handling

Tracking orders and shipments both domestically and internationally

Creating and processing customer orders, PGI, and tracking information using SAP for daily shipments

Running and summarizing operational reports, and presenting information to co-workers or supervisors as needed

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and effective work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are a high school graduate or have a GED

Have at least two years of logistics or related operations support experience

Possess basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications such as SAP

Have the ability to prepare operational reports, queries, and service information

Can track and trace shipments or products with accuracy

Are capable of working with providers, carriers, and services in a transportation/logistics environment

Can identify operational delays and communicate effectively to resolve concerns

Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and work well both independently and as part of a team

Are comfortable communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction
