Presbyterian Homes & Services - Maranatha is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for its team.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Full Time 40 hrs/wk, Monday throught Friday business hours

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the Care Center Administrator

Maranatha is a unique community made up of assisted living apartments, linked to the newly rebuilt care center and transitional care where 24 hour skilled nursing care is provided.

Responsibilities

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Care Center admissions processes to ensure successful occupancy in accordance with customer needs and operational goals as well as established best practices and procedures.

Qualifications

College degree in marketing, business, social work, gerontology or related field or equivalent experience.

Prior experience working with seniors and their families in senior housing, service or health care related environment.

Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in marketing, sales and community outreach.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Team player willing to take direction and responsibility for meeting specified objectives.

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $24.35 - $30.44 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Benefits

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
