About this position:

As a condition of employment, all applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Farwest adheres to federal regulations in regard to drug-testing, which includes THC. Pre-employment drug screen and background check must be completed, post offer of employment. Farwest participates in E-Verify and we confirm each candidate's eligibility to legally work in the US.

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Swing Shift, with limited after hours and weekends as required

Starting Wage: $19.50 - $22.50 depending on experience

Farwest's Administrative Department, seeks a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join their Stockton team as Administrative Assistant 1. In this role, you will support sales and operations in all administrative responsibilities, provide customer service to both internal and external customers, and process data to provide all operational departments with necessary information and documentation to complete work orders.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Maintain daily auditing to resolve discrepancies, errors, or omissions

Batch assembly-printing and sorting all documents needed for each order/batch

Monitor reports for accuracy. Data entry into said reports

compile certification packets to go to customers

monitor incoming requests folders from inner office departments

Answer and direct phone calls

Minimal Qualifications

Previous office, customer service, and phone experience.

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.

10 key and data entry with speed and accuracy.

Professional Competencies

High degree of attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated professional phone demeanor.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Customer service orientated.

Ability to perform tasks efficiently.
