Information Technology Analyst (Epic / Clinical Applications)Overview
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance a large-scale clinical information system (CARE*Link). This role plays a critical part in building, assessing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning clinical applications that support patient care, safety, and provider decision-making.
In this position, you will become a subject-matter expert in the current system build and active modules, participate in enterprise-wide initiatives to implement new functionality and technologies, and collaborate closely with a highly interconnected team of analysts and clinical stakeholders. Your work will directly enable end-users to deliver better patient outcomes through efficient, reliable, and well-designed workflows.

What You Will Work On
Analyze, build, test, and provide go-live support for new system functionality
Participate in operational user group meetings focused on system optimization
Support implementation of new tools, modules, and technologies across clinical applications
Provide 24/7 on-call support to end-users on a rotating basis
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Job Summary / Responsibilities
Support complex, high-risk clinical and business applications within assigned area(s)
Provide technical expertise for information systems of moderate to high complexity
Guide best practices, procedures, priorities, and technical direction for users and teams
Supervise and direct work of assigned staff as applicable
Lead short- and long-term information system planning within assigned domain
Monitor project activities to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on coordinated system implementations

Minimum QualificationsEducation / Certification
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
OR four (4) years of progressive IT experience demonstrating the ability to independently design, test, and implement intermediate to complex clinical or business applications may substitute for the degree
Must successfully obtain and maintain required application certifications based on area of assignment
Experience
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a relevant IT specialty area
Two (2) years of IT project management experience preferred
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Demonstrated expertise in assigned IT application area(s)
Proven ability to lead moderate-complexity projects and initiatives
Key Skills
Epic (Epic Certified preferred)
Workflow analysis and optimization
Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc)
Willow (Pharmacy module)
Candidates without current Epic certifications may be considered for lower-level roles with training provided, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
