The Big Task

As a Customer Service Expert, you'll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer calls into confidently booked service appointments.

Key Sub Tasks

Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset

Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments efficiently to turn opportunities into booked calls and satisfied customers

Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions

Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success
