Job Description**

Join our dynamic shipping team as an Order Picker in a full-time capacity within our positive manufacturing environment. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are picked and processed efficiently for timely pickup. Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship products based on daily orders.

Follow quality plans and meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.

Monitor picked quantity while packing and report any issues to the Supervisor.

Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance processes.

Follow workplace safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.

Proficiency in using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Ability to operate RF scanners.

Strong skills in packing, inventory management, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with an initial training shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for 30-90 days. After training, the shift will transition to 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The workplace emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $12.00 - $18.00/hr.
