Note: This position is in a cold environment (35-40°F).

These are temp-to-hire roles - perform well, show up everyday and you can become a full-time employee in as little as 3-4 months.

Job Details

Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate

Location: Romeoville, IL 60446

Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekends off)

Experience: No experience required - no English required

Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $16.00/hr

Mid Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | $17.00/hr

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr

Flexibility required: Must be able to start earlier if needed

What You'll Do

Palletize and stack cases (13+ lbs)

Load pizza crusts onto conveyor lines

Assemble boxes and pack finished products

Fill ingredient containers and support production flow

Rotate between tasks as needed

Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times

What to Expect

Cold work environment (35-40°F)

Fast-paced, hands-on work

Standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout your shift

30-minute lunch + two 10-minute breaks

What You'll Need

Steel-toe or composite slip-resistant shoes (required)

Ability to lift and stay active for up to 8 hours

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork

Positive attitude and commitment to safety
