Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical functions.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, letters, memos, and internal documents.

Support office operations such as mail sorting and document distribution.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.

Essential Skills

3 to 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience supporting multiple departments.

Comfort with learning and using ERP systems.

Skills in administrative support, data entry, and customer service.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, with standard 8-hour shifts. The role involves reporting day-to-day to the Contracts / Purchasing Manager and providing support to the Contracts, Purchasing, and Materials teams. The environment is structured with predictable hours, allowing for work-life consistency and clear expectations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
