Senior Project Manager, Advanced Operations

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of Stryker's international Advanced Operations CMF PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area-from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods. This is a hybrid role based out of Mahwah, New Jersey.

What You Will Do:

Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products.

Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget.

Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.

Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.

Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance. Mentor and coach other Project Managers

What You Need:

Bachelors Degree

6+ years of post-grad work experience

4+ years of Project Management experience

PMP or equivalent preferred

$123,100.00 - 205,200 annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
