Description

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to handle complex legal matters effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals. Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills and have experience with First-Party property claims and insurance coverage defense. Responsibilities:

Manage first-party property claims and provide legal expertise in insurance coverage matters.

Prepare and defend depositions for experts, fact witnesses, and involved parties.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and assist in trial preparation.

Address liability claims with strategic legal approaches.

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision and attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with billing practices and reporting standards.

Collaborate with clients to provide regular updates and maintain effective communication.

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.

Analyze complex litigation issues and develop innovative solutions to resolve disputes.

Requirements - Must hold a valid license and be in good standing with the Florida Bar.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense.

Strong academic credentials and a solid foundation in legal principles.

Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.

Familiarity with billing practices and adherence to reporting guidelines.

Excellent analytical and writing skills to craft compelling legal arguments.

Experience managing complex litigation cases, including first-party property matters.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
