Description

The Staff Accountant role supports core accounting and accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling AP activity, supporting month-end close, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position partners with internal teams and a shared services AP group to ensure timely vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, assist with journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, and support audits and compliance requirements while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-2 years of relevant accounting or accounts payable experience Working knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end close Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP preferred) Additional / Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-organized with effective time-management skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and with shared service teams Experience supporting audits, 1099 reporting, or process improvement initiatives

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $38.50/hr.
