GENERAL FUNCTION:

Senior leadership role responsible for focusing continuously on identifying, creating/developing/proposing, and executing on business strategies and sales processes for the Preferred Program. Bring together teams to ensure successful execution and implementation of our initiatives while keeping our customers at the front and center of everything we do. Partner closely with Product/Segment leaders, Marketing, DSG, One Bank Business Partners, and Retail Business Leaders to maintain alignment onkeystrategies and programs.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all @types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the strategy creation and execution for the Preferred Program across the footprint.

Establish operating rhythms for the Preferred Program working closely with key partners.

Oversee and manage the strategies within the Preferred business segment to ensure program growth.

Drive, manage, and create a feedback loop on execution of strategic initiatives for the Preferred Program.

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback, developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth, identifying and developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Minimum of 8 years Retail banking and sales management experience required.

Undergraduate degree in business related area.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to create strategy and execution plans.

Experience exhibiting excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Exhibited ability to collaborate and create strong partnerships.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
