We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic T herapy Team. Student Stipend Program Eligible! Our Career Launch program allows Physical Therapy students to receive $1,000/month, up to six months prior to graduation and an additional $500 bonus after receiving the required licensure for the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work within the @context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.

Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.

Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA's and support personnel.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

WI PT License

Specific skills: General Orthopedics

Years of experience: Experience preferred, new graduates welcome
