Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Miamisburg, OH

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1

What's the Job?

Process invoices by coding or matching to Purchase Orders and ensure all invoices have necessary approvals.

Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary approvals and resolve purchase order discrepancies.

Communicate with vendors to answer inquiries, request documentation, and reconcile accounts.

Maintain knowledge of commonly used Accounts Payable concepts, practices, and procedures.

Perform various clerical duties such as making copies and filing documents.
