Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irving, Texas on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient contract management processes. This position offers a dynamic work environment within the utilities and infrastructure industry.

Responsibilities:

Review contracts and agreements meticulously to extract and document key terms, deadlines, and obligations.

Organize and maintain accurate records of contracts and supporting documentation within company systems.

Enter contract information into internal databases with precision and attention to detail.

Provide operational support by generating reports, tracking deadlines, and monitoring the status of contracts.

Identify and recommend improvements to streamline documentation and contract management processes.

Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries.

Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to relevant stakeholders.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to support team operations effectively.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to complete tasks efficiently. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Previous experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
