About this Job
We're looking for a Administrative Program Director 3 to join our dedicated team at Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center (CLSSC) -a facility committed to providing active treatment and healthcare services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and orthopedic disabilities in the least restrictive environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Eight years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus five years of experience in administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus four years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
-Develops and directs the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Centers various budgets.
-Communicates with agency personnel concerning their requests for inclusion in the Annual Budgets.
-Provides systematic fiscal operation and management functions for the Center through the direction of financial transactions.
-Directs the budgeting, receipt, disbursement and accounting of all appropriated and non-appropriated funds.
-Directs and monitors a comprehensive Entergy Conservation Program.
-Directs the submission of project grant applications for funds and claims for reimbursement of expenditures from local, state and federal agencies.
-Establishes and develops long-range strategic plans.
-Assists in the development and implementation of the policies and procedures for the Center.
-Provides professional administrative leadership and direction in the management of operations consisting of Facility Planning, Maintenance, Warehouse, Telecommunication, Safety, Security and Property Control department and activities of the Center.
-Assign duties, observe and evaluate personnel, and monitor attendance.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probation, Promotion, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty. Current permanent status, classified employees may be required to accept a Probational appointed if selected. Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center employees.
Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Compensation: This position is eligible for On-Call pay
