Account Executive\ Iliad Media Group Boise, Idaho

What Youll Do

? Prospect, develop, and grow new business relationships in the Boise market

? Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

? Sell integrated advertising solutions including radio and digital solutions

Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals,

challenges, and growth opportunities

? Build customized marketing proposals that combine the reach of radio with\ the precision of digital

? Present campaigns with confidence, backed by strategy, audience targeting,\ attribution, and measurable outcomes

? Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver\ strong performance

? Track pipeline, revenue, account activity, and client results consistently

What Were Looking For

? Strong communication and relationship-building skills

? Confidence in prospecting, networking, and asking for the business

? A positive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

? Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture

? Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills

? Professional presence in meetings, presentations, and client communication

? Sales experience preferred, especially in media, advertising, marketing, radio,\ or digital

? Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics is a plus, but were\ willing to train the right person

? Reliable transportation to meet with clients and potential clients daily

You have 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.

A history of successfully reaching sales goals.

The ability to confidently present to prospects and clients.
