Painter (Painting Apartments)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Painter to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience with sprayers and be skilled in exterior painting on stucco walls, wood trim, and other surfaces.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding and drywall prep.

Use spray guns and other painting tools to apply paint to exterior surfaces.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Essential Skills

Experience with sprayers and spray guns.

Proficiency in painting stucco walls and wood trim.

Ability to perform paint prep work including sanding and drywall.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Possession of personal painting tools such as work boots, a two-gallon bucket, good quality brush, mini roller handle, putty knife, caulking gun, extension pole, and utility knife.

Good attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors at Beach Pointe Apartments in Huntington Beach, CA. The role requires wearing appropriate work attire such as work boots and using personal painting tools.

$22/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
