?? Position Details

Job Title: Supply Chain / Procurement Clerk

Location: Goshen, NY

Pay Rate: $27.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

?? What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you'll support daily procurement and inventory operations, including:

Supporting end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, production support, delivery, and returns

Managing inventory for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and trade goods from purchase order through payment

Procuring materials while maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing risk

Processing inventory-related payables , including materials, freight, and duties

Handling import/export documentation , customs clearance, and related communications

Collaborating with internal teams such as Production, Quality, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth operations

? What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

1-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations

Knowledge of raw material markets (lubricants experience is a plus)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

A continuous-improvement mindset with an understanding of quality and process optimization
