Job Title: Contracts SpecialistJob Description

The Contracts Specialist is responsible for reviewing client contracts and issuing insurance certificates in accordance with contractual requirements. This role ensures compliance with client-specific insurance terms, manages a high volume of time-sensitive requests, and maintains accurate insurance documentation and records. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong attention to detail, contract comprehension, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret client contracts to ensure compliance with insurance terms.

Issue insurance certificates according to contractual requirements.

Manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records.

Work with spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting client contracts.

3+ years of experience issuing insurance certifications.

3+ years of experience ensuring compliance within contracts.

Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and creating simple formulas in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the AEC industry.

Experience with data entry.

Background in finance and insurance.

Experience with contract review and issuing insurance certificates.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing work from any timezone. The role requires managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on detail and compliance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.50/hr.
