DIRECTOR, FINANCE - FP&A

ABOUT YOU
You are a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution. As Director, Finance - FP&A, you responsible for providing financial and strategic support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Finance Leadership Team. You will serve as the Finance owner for key finance transformation projects and manage the full portfolio of finance initiatives, including the annual plan and monthly forecasts.
YOU WILL:
Lead And Modernize FP&A Capabilities. Implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive, Incorta) while improving finance processes and analytics across the organization.
Build And Develop a High-Performing FP&A Team. Mentor and lead the team to deliver meaningful insights, modeling, and reporting to executive leadership.
Drive Data-Informed Decision Making. Standardize financial metrics, enhance visualization of performance indicators, and support revenue and cost optimization initiatives.
Deliver Executive-Level Financial Insights. Provide analysis of performance trends, variances to plan, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner Across the Business. Collaborate with business unit and functional leaders to improve financial performance reviews and identify corrective actions.
Validate And Guide Investment Decisions. Support leaders in evaluating commercial and cost initiatives through clear ROI modeling and financial justification.
Lead Enterprise Planning and Forecasting. Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasting processes in partnership with executive leadership.
Support Executive and Board Reporting. Consolidate and present financial plans, forecasts, and performance updates to the executive team and Board.
Drive M&A And Strategic Initiatives. Support modeling, due diligence, and financial evaluation of acquisitions, including synergy identification and integration tracking.
Act As Chief of Staff to the CFO. Coordinate priorities, initiatives, and communication across the Finance Leadership Team.
Standardize Financial Modeling and Tools. Develop and maintain consistent ROI and modeling frameworks across CapEx, growth, and cost initiatives.
YOU HAVE:
Education. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Progressive Finance Experience. 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
Leadership Experience. Minimum of 5 years managing and developing high-performing teams.
Business Partnership Mindset. Strong ability to operate as a strategic advisor to executive and functional leaders.
Financial Expertise. Deep understanding of profitability drivers, financial planning, and investment trade-offs.
Analytical Strength. Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into action.
Communication Skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
Technical Proficiency. Advanced experience with Excel, financial systems, and large-scale data modeling tools.
Project Management Capability. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex initiatives under time pressure.

Our Finance team combines traditional financial planning, analysis and accounting with collaborative business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting leadership in Marketing, Sales, Digital & Operations. Team members are expected to analyze data and provide recommendations across our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products and Professional Sports. Through the utilization of best-in-class technical software, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Incorta, SAP BPC, Oracle, Salesforce, & the Microsoft Suite, you will get to play a critical role in determining financial solutions that steer our business.
