Production Print Operations Manager (3rd Shift) - Primarily Office

You will be responsible for leadership of a corporate digital print production team which performs printing, finishing, distribution, and mail insertion of a variety of print materials for internal and external customers. Ensure daily service level agreements and deadlines are met and that all work is completed. Participate in business continuity planning for the operation. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Correspondence Technologies and Operations.

Position Compensation Range:

$62,000.00 - $103,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.

Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.

Manage direct reports, systems, and projects to achieve unit goals following Company policies and practices.

Prepare and analyze unit plans and reports.

Provide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, thus affecting the results of the operating area.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

Demonstrated effective leadership skills.

Basic knowledge of insurance operations.

Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and motivate/mentor staff to do same.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company with internal and external customers.

Demonstrated experience in use of computer programs including strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Preferred experience with Print management information systems.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative working relationships.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10%.

Catastrophe Duty up to 75% as applicable.

Physical Requirements

Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

This position will work 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 7 pm - 3 am
