Description

The Service and Parts Coordinator provides administrative and customer support to the Service and Parts Department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service- and parts-related inquiries, supports scheduling, inventory, and documentation needs, and provides cross-departmental administrative coverage to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Customer & Service Support

Receive, manage, and route service and parts inquiries from customers, internal teams, and web submissions.

Communicate directly with customers to coordinate new camper installations and service appointments.

Schedule maintenance and service for company fleet and demonstration vehicles.

Administrative & Systems Support

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Build and maintain a centralized database of product specifications, materials, and FAQs to improve response accuracy and efficiency.

Provide backup support for sales order processing and reception desk coverage during breaks, absences, vacations, and opening/closing hours.

Dealer & Logistics Support

Prepare, review, and verify dealer documentation prior to shipment, including bills of lading, preload documents, customs paperwork, invoices, and state-of-origin forms.

Parts & Inventory Support

Assist with physical inventory counts for parts and company-branded merchandise.

Support parts-related logistics and administrative tasks as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
