Now Hiring! Part Time Guest Service Agent and Kickback AttendantDrury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northeast4900 Crestwind Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78239. 2-4 Shifts per week. Primarily B Shift (3 PM - 11 PM), Front Desk. 1-2 days of Kickback Cook/Bartender (3 PM - 9 PM), as needed. Alternating Weekly schedules; no set days. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays, as needed. Open availability preferred. Starting Wage: $15.50/Hr, DOEYearly wage increases 3-5% based on performance. Up to $800 Quarterly Bonuses; $3200 per year! ($400 each quarter for customer service; $400 each quarter for profitability). Hotel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Perform front desk related functions, which include checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution. Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may include food preparation, set up, guest service (host or bartender), and clean-up.Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
