Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.This role is on-site in Manhattan, Monday through Friday, for 20 hours per week during the first month. The schedule will be 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After the first month, there may be some flexibility regarding in office requirements.Responsibilities Support project intake for the client's creative studio, primarily focusing on ad sales related projects. Work within Asana to ensure project details are accurate and complete, verify required fields, confirm SLAs meet standards, and maintain overall ticket quality. Communicate with brand account managers via Asana to address basic questions related to timelines, assets, and setup. Once assets are delivered, confirm that all links function correctly, download assets to SharePoint, and ensure the project information is complete and ready for designers. Assign projects to designers based on the provided skill set guide.Qualifications Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Asana Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Slack Basic familiarity with Photoshop - for quick asset viewing only, no design work requiredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
