You will be the Regulatory Compliance Analyst for the Regulatory Compliance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring procurement activities align with policies and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Regulatory Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders in S4/Hana, providing guidance, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conduct detailed reviews of purchase orders to ensure policy compliance.

Provide guidance to team members and internal customers on procurement processes.

Support preparation for Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR).

Investigate and resolve moderate-complexity compliance issues.

Contribute to organizational projects and maintain FAR/DFAR expertise.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

-Ability to evaluate ACF documentation and provide support to procurement professionals.

-Good knowledge of policies, procedures, 1LMX.

-Growing understanding and ability to interpret FAR, DFARs, and public law.

-Strong analytical and communication skills, detailed oriented, team player, and ability to work with a growth mindset.

Desired Skills:

-Experience with reviewing PO Folder documentation.

-Working knowledge S4/Hana.

-Subcontract management,

-International PO placement, and/or buying experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work a majority of their work schedule remotely. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
